Scientific and pedagogical experience in the field of education - 23 years. Scientific, administrative and managerial work experience:

From 2003 to 2008, he was a senior lecturer at the Department of "Theoretical and Applied Linguistics" of Kazakh Philology, one of the main faculties of the university; since September 2008, he has been a chief researcher at the Research Institute of Literary Studies and Linguistics (renamed the Scientific Center for Philological Research in September 2016), and since January 2018, the Scientific Center for "Formation of an Intellectual Nation" at the Abai Kazakh National University. In the meantime, he is also engaged in teaching at the university. In November 2021, due to the reduction of the "Formation of an Intellectual Nation" scientific center of the Abai Kazakh National University, the "Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan" will be closed in 2021 senior teacher of the department.

From 2022 to 2026, he will be an associate professor at the Department of General Education at the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University. Extensive experience in the field of propaganda, education and management. Implements educational and scientific projects in collaboration with UNESCO, OSCE, representative offices of foreign educational foundations, embassies of foreign states. Since 2008, the National Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National scientific works nominated for state and nominal prizes at the State Center for Scientific and Technical Expertise and conducts an examination of artistic works, scientific projects submitted to Republican competitions of fundamental and applied directions. He performs public work as a member of the jury for scientific projects in the field of education and science organized by the Almaty city administration. Author of more than 100 publications, including 10 author's and collective monographs, 4 textbooks and author's programs.

Many publications have been published abroad, including in peer-reviewed journals, in the USA, Russia, Germany, Turkey, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, China, and other countries. He maintains active creative contacts with leading scientists and teachers of foreign universities and research centers. He is a scientific supervisor and leading specialist of a number of fundamental and applied projects of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, TURKSOY, Abai Kazakh National University, and the Institute for the Development of the State Language of Almaty.

In 2009, he received an internship at the Middle Nations University in Beijing, China, for scientific purposes.
