KazNARU Model UN 2025: A Promising Start to a Global Dialogue Initiative 🇺🇳
📣 The Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (KazNARU) proudly launched its Model United Nations (MUN) season with the first Organizing Committee meeting held on September 11 at 16:00 in Auditorium 4, Building 1A. This milestone gathering marked the beginning of preparations for the highly anticipated Model UN 2025 conference, setting the tone for a year of diplomacy, leadership, youth engagement, and the gamification of diplomacy trainings
1️⃣ Strategic Planning and Role Assignment
The meeting opened with introductions and a collaborative spirit, as participants discussed the structure and goals of the upcoming conference. Roles were distributed among committee members, ensuring clear responsibilities and fostering ownership. This strategic approach will enable efficient coordination across logistics, content development, and outreach.
2️⃣ Drafting the Conference Framework
A key agenda item was the drafting of the conference schedule. Organizers began outlining session formats, committee simulations, and keynote segments. This early planning phase ensures that the Model UN 2025 will be both intellectually rigorous and logistically sound, offering delegates a realistic and engaging diplomatic experience.
3️⃣ Formation of Working Groups and networking
To streamline operations, the committee agreed to form specialized working groups for each MUN committee. These groups will focus on thematic research, procedural guidance, and delegate support.
