“Domestic and international educational programs in the field of AI technologies can contribute to strengthening our country’s human resources potential. I instruct the Government to work out the phased implementation of the AI-Sana program to train specialists in artificial intelligence. The program should help build a dynamic ecosystem that unites education, research, and startup development. It is necessary to draw on the acceleration experience of leading world universities. It is essential to convey to every citizen of Kazakhstan the benefits of artificial intelligence, to explain why it is needed and how to apply it correctly.”
