AI-Sana — springboard for technologies

A strategic project for the integration of artificial intelligence into Kazakhstan’s higher education and research system.
The goal is to train a new generation of specialists capable of developing and implementing AI solutions in key sectors such as energy, agriculture, water management, and digital governance.

What is AI-Sana

The project brings together universities, research centers, industry partners, and government bodies, creating a unified ecosystem of knowledge, research, and technological entrepreneurship. The platform presents training directions, acceleration stages, scientific tracks, and opportunities for students, faculty, and organizations.

I instruct the Government to work out the phased implementation of the AI-Sana program to train specialists in artificial intelligence. The program should help build a dynamic ecosystem that unites education, research, and startup development. It is necessary to draw on the acceleration experience of leading world universities. It is essential to convey to every citizen of Kazakhstan the benefits of artificial intelligence, to explain why it is needed and how to apply it correctly.”
