Council of Young Scientists
To express the interests of young scientists, to support their activities in research work, to unite their efforts to solve urgent scientific problems of agro-industrial complex, to develop innovative activities of young scientists in KazNARU, the Council of Young Scientists (CYS) was established.
The Council of Young Scientists is a consultative and advisory body that coordinates the scientific activities of young scientists, which is formed from among master's students, doctoral students and young faculty members, aged up to 40 years.
In its activities, the CYS is guided by:
- Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- normative acts of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Science";
- Charter of KazNARU;
- Quality policy and objectives of KazNARU;
- orders of the rector;
- internal procedures, resolutions of the Academic Council and decisions of the Rectorate;
- internal normative documents of the quality management system of KazNARU;
- rules of the Labor Code;
- requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES OF THE CYS
The purpose of CYS is to express the interests of young scientists, support their activities in research work, unite their efforts to solve urgent scientific problems of agro-industrial complex, development of innovation activities of young scientists of the university. To develop and instill in young scientists interest and aspiration to deep study of science, transfer of knowledge and experience of leading scientists to the young, establishment of scientific contacts among young and recognized scientists, identification of talented young scientists, stimulation and support of young scientists.
The main tasks of the CYS are:
- attracting talented young people to deeper involvement in science in the sectors of agro-industrial complex;
- Providing conditions for identification, disclosure and development of abilities, gifted and talented young scientists;
- formation of a system of relations between state bodies supervising scientific activity, as well as public and commercial organizations with young scientists;
- organization and holding of scientific conferences, seminars, meetings of young scientists and other events of the University;
- organization of information provision of young scientists about funds, grants, conferences, schools, contests and other events in the Republic of Kazakhstan, near and far abroad countries, about measures of state support of young scientific personnel in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- organization of joint research projects of young scientists of Kazakhstan, foreign higher educational institutions and scientific centers;
- creation of a database of foreign young scientists, establishment of contacts with them for the purpose of carrying out joint works;
- Establishment of links with CYS of other scientific organizations, higher educational institutions and foreign countries;
- coverage of the society's work and achievements of young scientists and students in mass media;
- organization and holding of intra-university competitions for students and young scientists;
- organizing and holding conferences of young scientists of the university, scientific circles and seminars;
- conducting activities to attract school and university students to academic science, promoting popularization of science.

Student Science
The purpose of the Scientific research work of students is to create conditions for the development of scientific potential and creative activity of students, as well as attracting students to direct participation in research work.
The main objectives of the scientific research work of students are:
• Attracting students to science at the earliest stages of education and consolidating it in this field.
• Formation of motivation for research work, instilling in students the skills of independent research activities.
• Organization and holding of various organizational, mass and competitive events on the research work of students: scientific conferences, forums, seminars, round tables, competitions of scientific student papers, a competition of start-up projects, debates and discussions, etc.
• Organization of the annual student scientific and practical conference at the University.
• Providing students with information about planned intra-university, national and international seminars, conferences, forums, competitions.
• Cooperation with the scientific research work of students of other universities, the study of domestic and foreign experience in the organization of research work with the introduction of advanced forms and methods in their work.
• Assistance to the work of scientific circles of departments, research groups and other forms of scientific research studying at departments.
• Activity The scientific research work of students is based on the principle of ensuring an organic connection between the research work of students and the educational process.

Commission for the Ethical Evaluation of Scientific Research
The Commission for the Ethical Evaluation of Scientific Research monitors compliance with research ethical standards and rights, and opposes unethical conduct of scientific research by university staff and students.
The Commission for the Ethical Evaluation of Research is working to prevent moral and ethical problems associated with the publication of research results, unreliability of research results, copyright compliance, plagiarism problems, etc.
The Commission for the Ethical Assessment of Research in its activities is guided by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education" dated July 27, 2007 No. 319-III, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Science" dated February 18, 2011 No. 407-IV, "Model Regulations on the Dissertation Council", approved by the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan from 03/31/2011, No.126.
