Round Table on “Level of Satisfaction with the Educational Process” Held in Group VHM-25-10
On February 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM, within the framework of educational and mentoring activities, a round table discussion on the topic “Level of Satisfaction with the Educational Process” was held in Group VHM-25-10.
The purpose of the event was to discuss learners’ opinions regarding the organization of the educational process, quality of teaching, accessibility of learning materials, and the overall academic environment.
During the discussion, participants openly shared their views, highlighted the strengths of the educational process, and proposed suggestions for improvement. The following issues were addressed:
- quality and structure of classes;
- effectiveness of teaching methods used;
- practical orientation of academic disciplines;
- interaction between teachers and learners;
- conditions for independent study.
The discussion was conducted in a constructive dialogue format. Participants demonstrated active engagement and interest in improving the educational process.
In conclusion, the group curator Zhakupova Zh. proposed sending attendance reports to the parents’ chat in order to enhance responsibility and transparency. The majority supported this initiative.
Such events contribute to the development of an open academic environment, strengthen feedback culture, and improve the overall quality of education.
Meeting of Group UVR-24-01 with the University Psychologist
As part of educational and psychological support activities, a meeting was held between the learners of group UVR-24-01 and the university psychologist.
The event took place in a warm and trusting atmosphere. During the meeting, issues of effective communication, mutual understanding within the group, and the development of a positive psychological climate were discussed.
The interactive activity “Warm Chair” attracted particular interest among the learners. The game was aimed at developing open communication skills, mutual support, and strengthening team spirit. Participants highlighted each other’s positive qualities and practiced giving sincere and constructive feedback.
Such meetings contribute to team cohesion, the development of emotional intelligence, and the creation of a supportive educational environment.
Сегодня, 24.02.2026, группа -24-02К Департамента водных ресурсов и мелиорации КазНАРУ провела открытый урок на тему «Патриотическое воспитание: роль молодежи в развитии страны». Главная цель урока – формирование у молодежи чувства любви к Родине, воспитание уважения к национальным ценностям и развитие чувства ответственности за будущее страны.
В ходе урока учащиеся обсудили достижения независимости и развитие нашего государства. Особое внимание было уделено тому, что будущее Казахстана находится в руках образованной, целеустремленной и патриотичной молодежи.
Студенты выполнили групповые задания и поделились своими мыслями о том, как они могут внести свой вклад в прогресс страны. Молодежь — движущая сила общества. Качественное образование, честный труд и активная гражданская позиция являются основой устойчивого национального развития.

В рамках образовательных и воспитательных мероприятий для учащихся было проведено тематическое мероприятие под названием «Ценности и жизненные приоритеты современной молодежи». Главная цель встречи заключалась в формировании у учащихся осознанного отношения к личностному развитию, гражданской ответственности, моральным ценностям и профессиональному росту.
В ходе мероприятия были организованы интерактивные дискуссии, тренировочные упражнения и групповые дебаты, позволившие студентам открыто выразить свои взгляды на ключевые жизненные ориентиры. Участники обсуждали такие вопросы, как роль образования в достижении успеха, важность семьи и дружбы, патриотизм, духовные и моральные принципы, а также влияние цифровой среды на мировоззрение молодежи.
Особый интерес вызвала работа в малых группах, в ходе которой студенты определяли приоритеты своего поколения, сравнивали их с ценностями предыдущих поколений и анализировали факторы, влияющие на их жизненный выбор. В ходе дискуссий участники подчеркивали важность баланса между карьерными амбициями, личностным развитием и социальной ответственностью.
Это мероприятие способствовало развитию критического мышления, коммуникативных навыков и укреплению моральных и этических основ студентов. 10 февраля 2026 года кафедра водных ресурсов и мелиорации провела открытое образовательное (характерообразовательное) мероприятие в рамках докторантской педагогической практики для студентов групп УВР-24-01, УВР-24-02, ПГС-24-03, МР-24-04. Мероприятие было посвящено годовщине выдающегося казахского поэта Мукагали Макатаева и проходило под девизом «Секрет моей души – поэзия Мукагали».
Целью мероприятия было содействие духовному и нравственному развитию учащихся, пробуждение интереса к национальной литературе и популяризация поэтического наследия Мукагали Макатаева.
During the session, participants were introduced to the poet’s life and creative works. Students recited poems, presented literary compositions, and shared reflections on his poetry. The program also included quizzes, thematic discussions, and creative performances.
The event enriched students’ cultural and literary outlook and strengthened their appreciation of Kazakh poetry.

Teacher — a Source of Knowledge and Inspiration
On October 5, 2025, the Department of IT Technologies and the curator group ZHI 25-13k organized a festive event titled “Teacher — a Source of Knowledge and Inspiration.” The celebration began with heartfelt greetings and touching poems dedicated to the esteemed teachers.
Students recited the wise sayings of Ybyrai Altynsarin about the teaching profession, emphasizing the importance and noble role of teachers in society. In addition, a traditional kui (Kazakh instrumental composition) was performed, adding a national spirit and special charm to the evening.
At the end of the event, students expressed their sincere gratitude to their teachers, once again highlighting the greatness of the teaching profession. The celebration filled the guests with inspiration and joy, leaving warm impressions.

Water – Life
On 10.02.2025, the curator of the UVR-24-01 group, Zhakupova Zh.Z., conducted a board game "Pasture strategy" with students of the educational program "Water Resources Management" according to the concept of the development of ecological culture "Clean Kazakhstan".
The event was a great opportunity to deepen knowledge and apply practical water management skills. During the game, students pursued the goal of managing pastures, striving to preserve and increase resources: water, grass and livestock.
The Decade of Mental Health
On February 3, 2025, as part of the Mental Health 2025 decade, students of the УВР-24-01K group met with a group of psychological practitioners called Progress, who, under the guidance of psychologist L.Beisembayeva, conducted a motivational seminar on the topic "Listen to yourself: Ways to improve mental health."
After a short report on mental health and ways to improve it, a competitive game was held, where Abilda Zhansaya became the winner and received a prize from the organizers of the event. Next, we played a game in which we had to tell which animal the student associates himself with, of course, not everyone had the desire to share, but those who decided told not only about their choice, but also explained why this particular animal was close to them. Someone compared himself to a horse, symbolizing strength, freedom and endurance, some classmates supported this association, finding in him a noble animal that always overcomes obstacles and moves forward without losing spirit even in difficult situations. Many associated themselves with predators such as the wolf, cheetah and leopard.
In addition, psychologists shared exercises for the development of both hemispheres of the brain. They offered students several simple but effective techniques that help improve coordination, concentration, and creative thinking.
And at the end of the meeting, as feedback, the guys were offered a survey in the form of a test, the meeting ended with a photo session, thanks and pleasant wishes.

Meeting with psychological specialists
30.01.in 2025, together with students of the specialty "Water Management and land reclamation", under the guidance of the University psychologist Ms. Layla Beisembayeva, trainee students of Kaznpu conducted a training "SOZDEN-SEZIMGE".
During the training, the training aimed at identifying the personality characteristics of students, the formation of various stress resistance, collective harmony and intra-group/inter-group relationships was organized and held an excellent event together with students on other topics, such as exercises, music therapy, prevention of professional and emotional exhaustion, prevention of asocial phenomena among young people.
Students-interns came to this event with great preparation and were able to conduct practical exercises for the development of skills of psychological games and social adaptation, which contribute to the disclosure of the personality of each student, with a high degree of interest to students. The participants of the training got acquainted with the basics of psychological assistance, showed activity in the games and received detailed answers to their questions.

"My Profession, My Future"
A curator hour on the topic "My Profession, My Future" was held for first-year students majoring in "Water Resources and Reclamation" in an online-offline format. This event became one of the significant and meaningful activities aimed at continuing the generational continuity. The meeting was graced by distinguished guests who are graduates of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University in the fields of "Water Resources and Water Use," and "Reclamation, Land Reclamation, and Environmental Protection," and who are currently working in water management, education, and public service.
Among the invited guests were: Aidil Askarhanuly Diqanbaev – Akim (head) of the Koraqyty rural district in the Shu district of the Zhambyl region; Aigerim Bakirova – PhD, research fellow at Jetusuu University; and Jamal Djarasovna Tabynbaeva – employee of the state-owned municipal enterprise "Almaty Su" under the Energy and Water Supply Department of the city of Almaty.
The event covered topics such as personal development, the skills and qualities required of professionals in the field of water management, habits and traits to develop during student years, and issues related to continuing education abroad. Students asked questions to the speakers and received answers. As a result of the discussion, it was decided that meetings with graduates would be held regularly to continue the generational continuity.

📍 At KazNARU students specializing in Water Resources Management took part in a debate titled "My Profession – My Pride".
The purpose of the event was to foster a sense of responsibility among students toward their chosen profession, to deepen their understanding of its importance, and to highlight the critical role of water in human life, the environment, and the economy.
During the debate, participants discussed the relevance of efficient water resource management, the challenges of climate change, freshwater scarcity, and the vital role that future professionals in this field will play in solving global issues.

The event was attended by PhD Associate Professor of the Department of Vocational Training G.N.Skabaeva and Associate Professor of the Department of Water Resources and Land Reclamation, PhD K.Zhanymkhan. The lesson was very interesting.
The IT Technology Department is actively involved in educational work with students aimed at developing not only professional skills, but also personal qualities necessary for a successful career in the field of information technology.
One of the most important areas of work is the formation of students' culture and ethics of professional activity, the development of leadership and team skills, as well as preparation for social responsibility. The department actively cooperates with external organizations and enterprises, inviting experts to conduct master classes and lectures, which helps to broaden the horizons of students and form a practical approach to learning.
In addition, the department hosts various cultural and sports events that contribute to improving team spirit and maintaining a healthy lifestyle among students. These are contests, themed evenings, sports tournaments and other forms of leisure that help students develop not only professionally, but also personally.
Особое внимание уделяется патриотическому воспитанию, формированию уважения к традициям и ценностям народного образования и науки, а также активному участию студентов в общественной жизни университета.
Образовательная работа кафедры информационных технологий направлена на всестороннее развитие личности студентов, создание условий для раскрытия их потенциала и успешной интеграции в профессиональное сообщество.
В процессе организации университетских мероприятий, начиная с планирования и заканчивая реализацией, основное внимание уделяется профессиональному уровню. Образовательная работа проводилась в августе этого года на совещании кафедры с составленным и утвержденным планом. На совещании были назначены кураторы, и план был утвержден.

С 4 по 19 января 2024 года среди преподавателей и сотрудников Казахского национального аграрного исследовательского университета прошла спартакиада «Денсаулык-2024».
При поддержке кафедры физической культуры и спорта и местного профсоюза были проведены соревнования по тогызкумалыку, армрестлингу, волейболу, футзалу, баскетболу, шахматам и настольному теннису. В мероприятии приняли участие преподаватели кафедры: Тойлыбаев Н.С., Дуйсен Зангар, старший преподаватель рукопашной борьбы среди девушек Самбеткулова Н.Н., занявшая 2-е место.
Среди девочек в соревнованиях по волейболу и баскетболу первое место заняла Эмир Кады Оглу Айнур Нисанбаевна. Среди учителей старших классов Эмир Кады Оглу Айнур Нисанбаевна, принимавшая участие в соревнованиях по волейболу и баскетболу среди девочек, заняла 1-е место по волейболу и 3-е место по баскетболу. Среди учителей она заняла 2-е место.

21 ноября 2024 года состоялось образовательное мероприятие «Мамандыгим-мактанышым». В мероприятии приняли участие заведующий кафедрой «ИТ-технологий» Макашев Е.П., сотрудники кафедры и студенты 1-го и 4-го курсов образовательной программы 6Б06102 – «Информационные системы».
Мероприятие было проведено с целью повышения осведомленности о том, что каждая профессия интересна и сложна, чтобы студенты могли свободно выражать свое мнение, уважать мнение других, развивать системное мышление, формировать гражданское отношение к обществу и воспитывать патриотизм.
