Abay-Vern Program

The Abay-Vern Program is a joint initiative of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of the French Republic. Its mission is to foster academic mobility and scientific cooperation between Kazakhstan and France. The program provides unique opportunities for study, internships, and research at leading French universities and research centers.

For faculty members, researchers, and students of Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (KazNARU), the program opens new horizons of international collaboration and professional development.

2025–2026 Abay-Vern Program

Categories of Participants:

• Master’s students, doctoral students, faculty members, and researchers.

Fields of Study:

• All disciplines are eligible, with priority given to engineering, agricultural, technical, and natural sciences.

Funding Includes:

• Study or research in France.
• Monthly stipend for living expenses.
• Medical insurance.
• Participation in cultural and academic events.
