Precision farming is a modern approach to farming

The purpose of the discipline “Precision farming» is the formation of systematised knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of modern problems in agronomy, which are the basis for solving professional problems tasks.  One of the basic elements of resource-saving technologies in agriculture is the concept of «precision (point, coordinate) farming» or as it is sometimes also called “precision farming” - precision farming. This concept is based on the fair statement that a field is never absolutely homogeneous. Precision farming is the management of crop productivity for every square metre of the field. The aim of such management is to maximise profit while optimising agricultural production and saving economic and natural resources.
