KazNARU – Among the Top Five Universities in Kazakhstan and Top 500 Global Universities by 3 Key QS World University Rankings 2026 Indicators
The Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (KazNARU) has been ranked among the top five universities in Kazakhstan in the QS World University Rankings 2026. It has also maintained its position within the Top 700 universities globally, securing the 697th spot in the overall worldwide ranking. Notably, the university has entered the top 500 global universities for three critically important indicators, reflecting its strengthening position in the international academic arena.
In a highly competitive environment—this year's ranking covered 8,467 universities from 106 countries, with only 1,501 making it into the final list—KazNARU confidently increased its overall score from 18.8 to 25.1.
Key Achievements of KazNARU in the QS 2026 Ranking:
* Top 500 Global Universities for Faculty-Student Ratio: KazNARU secured the 91st position in the QS ranking, improving its standing by 13 points. * Top 500 Global Universities for International Student Diversity: KazNARU ranked 499th. * Top 500 Global Universities for Employer Reputation: KazNARU’s 499th position in the QS ranking confirms its strong reputation among employers. * Additionally: KazNARU ranked 550th for the International Students Diversity Index, further confirming its global openness and multicultural environment.
