On November 10–11, 2025, the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (KazNARU) hosted the specialized program accreditation of 17 educational programs with the participation of the Expert Group (EG) of the Central Asian Association for Accreditation of Educational Systems (CAAAE). This process reflects the university’s commitment to governance, quality assurance, and impact of education in higher education.

The programs under accreditation included:

Land Management: 6B07307, 7M07308, 8D07308
Cadastral Studies: 6B07308, 7M07309, 8D07309
Agricultural Machinery and Technologies: 6B08701, 7M08701, 8D08701
Environmental Protection and Life Safety: 6B11201, 7M11201
Agricultural Energy Supply: 6B08702, 8D08702
Electrical Power Engineering: 7M07109

The Expert Group included leading international and national specialists, as well as representatives of employers and the student community, ensuring comprehensive evaluation of programs in terms of employability and outcomes, social impact, equality, and health & wellbeing.

The accreditation process was conducted according to the approved CAAAE visit program, including review of curricula, faculty qualifications, research outputs, and institutional practices in environmental sustainability, environmental education, and environmental research.

This initiative strengthens knowledge exchange between academia, industry, and society, enhances graduate employability, and reinforces the university’s commitment to producing highly qualified specialists capable of contributing to sustainable development and societal wellbeing.
