Start UP Day: 24 Student Startup Projects Presented at KazNARU, Winners of the Innovation Competition Announced
On December 4, 2025, the Agrohup of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University (KazNARU) hosted Start UP Day, an event aimed at developing students’ entrepreneurial thinking, exchanging innovative ideas, and receiving practical recommendations from industry experts. University students presented 24 startup projects, showcasing a wide range of technological and entrepreneurial solutions.

The event was opened by the First Vice-Rector, Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor Primkul Sholpankulovich Ibragimov, who emphasized the importance of supporting student initiatives, developing innovative thinking, and fostering a sustainable entrepreneurial environment at the university.
During the project defense, each participant was given 5 minutes to present their project and 3 minutes to answer questions. The student startups included technological developments, engineering solutions, as well as ecological and social initiatives.

🥇 1st Place — “Sperm-mobil” Mobile Artificial Insemination Station
The project was highly praised for the originality of its idea and its practical significance.

Event Summary
