THE NEW CONSTITUTION – A STRONG FOUNDATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE

On September 1, 2026, the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University held a meeting with students entitled “The New Constitution – A Strong Foundation for the Development of Education and Science.”

The main purpose of the meeting was to explain the significance of the new Constitution to young people, enhance students’ legal awareness, and discuss the role of education and science as key foundations for the country’s development.

The event was attended by faculty deans, heads of departments, academic staff, and students of the University.

During the meeting, participants discussed the fundamental principles enshrined in the Constitution, the rights and responsibilities of citizens, the active participation of young people in public life, as well as new opportunities aimed at advancing high-quality education and science.

The participants emphasized that, at a new stage of the country’s development, a well-educated, competitive, and responsible younger generation has a particularly important role to play. Students were also encouraged to develop a thoughtful understanding of the country’s socio-political processes and to strengthen their legal culture.

Held in an open dialogue format, the meeting was aimed at reinforcing young people’s civic engagement and deepening their understanding of the significance of the Constitution in the life of society and the state.

The meeting entitled “The New Constitution – A Strong Foundation for the Development of Education and Science” contributed not only to improving students’ legal knowledge, but also to strengthening their sense of responsibility for the future of the country and supporting their active participation in public life.
