ON SEPTEMBER 15, DISSERTATION DEFENSES WERE HELD AT THE DISSERTATION COUNCIL IN THE FIELD OF STUDY 8D081 CROP PRODUCTION

On September 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., dissertation defenses were held at the Dissertation Council in the field of study 8D081 Crop Production, established at the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University.

Altyn Khassein, with the dissertation topic “Technology for the healing and cultivation of grape varieties by in vitro methods,” and Saltanat Maulenova, with the dissertation topic “Comparative assessment of the effectiveness of bioorganic and mineral fertilizers on the productivity of apples in the conditions of irrigated soils in the south-east of Kazakhstan,” defended their dissertations submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the educational programs 8D08104 – Plant Protection and Quarantine and 8D08102 – Soil Science and Agrochemistry.

Based on Protocols No. 12 and 13 of the Dissertation Council in the field of study 8D081 Crop Production, it was resolved to award Altyn Khassein and Saltanat Maulenova the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
