A REFRESHER COURSE IS BEING CONDUCTED FOR THE TEACHING STAFF OF THE NPJSK «TORAIGYROV UNIVERSITY»
On the basis of the Professional Development Office of the non-profit joint Stock Company «Kazakh National Agrarian Research University», from February 20 to March 01, 2023, a 72-hour advanced training course was held for teachers of the non-profit joint stock company "Toraigyrov University" in Pavlodar on the topic «Innovative methods of production technology and primary processing of sheep and goat products». The head of the course is Candidate of Agricultural Sciences, Professor of the Department «Technology of livestock production» Kulataev Beibit Turganbekovich.
The purpose of the course is the formation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in modern production technologies, innovative methods of production technology and primary processing of sheep and goat products, allowing to produce high–quality, safe for human health and competitive food products, the technologies of production of raw materials and products of sheep and goat breeding, as well as their primary processing, taking into account modern quality requirements, are considered.
Practical classes of the advanced training course are held:
- at the Department of «Livestock Production Technologies» of the Faculty of «Technologies and Bioresources»;
- in the Kazakh-Japanese Innovation Center with the help of electron microscopy, NGS sequencing and SNP genotyping, as well as allowing to analyze the quality of products at the level of micro and nanoparticles using chromatographic genetic analysis, studies of complex serological and hematological studies were conducted.
The participants were introduced to the ways of finding and transferring the best innovative technologies in the laboratories of the Water Innovation Center (Water Hub) and solving issues of consolidating the efforts of all water scientists of Kazakhstan and Central Asia, effective water resources management. And also, the Office organized field classes in the private farm «Bibidurya», engaged in fattening and caring for the breeds of Hissar, Edilbai and semi-rough-haired sheep of the "Bayys" type, Anglo-Nubian, Zaanen and Alpine dairy goats under the management of the farm manager T. D. Tolegen.

Практические занятия курса повышения квалификации проводятся:
- на кафедре «Технологии производства продукции животноводства» факультета «Технологии и биоресурсы»;
- в Казахстанско-Японском инновационном центре с помощью электронной микроскопии, NGS-секвенирования и SNP-генотипирования, а также позволяющем анализировать качество продукции на уровне микро и наночастиц с помощью хроматографического генетического анализа, проводились исследования комплексных серологических и гематологических исследований.
Слушатели были ознакомлены с путями поиска и трансферта лучших инновационных технологий в лабораториях Водного инновационного центра (Водный хаб) и решения вопросов консолидации усилий всех водных ученых Казахстана и Центральной Азии, эффективного управления водными ресурсами. А также, Офисом были организованы выездные занятия в частном крестьянском хозяйстве «Бибидурья», занимающееся откормом и уходом за породами гиссарских, едильбайских и полугрубошерстных овец типа «Байыс», англо-нубийских, зааненских и альпийских молочных коз под управлением управляющего делами хозяйства Т. Д. Толегена.
