Today (12.12.2024) at the department of "Technology and food safety" there was another guest lecture by a senior researcher at the laboratory of technology of grain products and compound feeds of LLP "Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Processing and Food Industry" Bektursunova Maya Zhumadilovna.

The production of feed for unproductive animals is a logical continuation of the activities of the food processing industry. The use of waste from meat processing plants and poultry farms will turn them into additional sources of income, as well as improve the environmental situation at these enterprises.
