- Ensures implementation in the organization of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Customs Union in the field of veterinary medicine, veterinary and sanitary rules and regulations for the protection of the public from diseases common to humans and animals;
-Participates in the monitoring, mapping and establishment of stationary outbreaks of especially dangerous diseases of animals, birds, fish and bees in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and provides timely information to state veterinary authorities about their outbreak;
