The Central State Museum of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the History Department of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with the support of the Culture Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan

holds International scientific-practical conference "VI ARGYNBAEV READINGS. Actual questions of history, ethnography and museology".

The main directions of the conference work:

1. Domestic ethnological science: history and modernity.
2. Ethnology and related sciences: history, archeology, art history, anthropology, folkloristics, linguistics, etc. Ethnology and related sciences.
3. Museum and modern museum processes.
Conference materials will be published in a special issue of the scientific and practical journal of the Central Museum "MUSEUM.KZ", which has a digital identifier DOI as a mandatory international digital identification system for scientific publications. The Editorial Board of the Journal in its activities is guided by the principles developed by the International Committee on Publication Ethics Committee on Publication Ethics - COPE, as well as the Ethical Principles of Journal Publishing Scopus (Elsevier).

Registration form of the participant is accepted until November 10, materials of the report (article) - until November 15, 2023.

Travel and accommodation expenses are at the expense of the sending party.

The working languages of the conference are Kazakh, English, Russian.
