From July to September 2024, consultations on the topic were held with a visit to the Customer's location: "Various composite mixtures based on multi-slag raw materials: Feed production methods, including production technology, as well as installation and operation on an extruder".

          Today, the agriculture market offers a variety of different methods and types of feed. One of the effective feed production technology is using the use of an extruder. We have proposed 2 different extruded feeds depending on the temperature and humidity conditions. During the extrusion process, profound changes occur in the structure of the extrudate's nutrients, which increases its energy value and taste qualities.

         Due to intensive processing in the extruder, the carbohydrate composition of cereals changes – the starch content in the extrudate decreases 1.6-3.2 times, the dextrin content increases 1.5-6.2 times, and the sugar content increases 1.2-2.1 times.
