Development of varietal technology for growing new high-yielding varieties of legumes (peas, chickpeas, lentils) in drought conditions in southeastern Kazakhstan

       On September 24, 2025, a webinar was held online on the topic "Development of varietal technology for growing new high-yielding varieties of legumes (peas, chickpeas, lentils) in drought conditions in southeastern Kazakhstan" (Cereals, oilseeds, forage crops).

        The expert of the webinar was Zhamangaraeva Aigul Nurdanovna.

The topic of the lecture reveals the following questions:

1. Technology of cultivation of perspective peas in bogar in the South-East of Kazakhstan.

2. Technology of cultivation of promising chickpeas in Bogar in the South-East of Kazakhstan.

3. Technology of cultivation of promising lentils and peas in Bogar in the South-East of Kazakhstan.

4. Assessment of the technology and possibilities of cultivating promising grain crops by peasant farms based on their environmental and economic capabilities.

5. Calculation of the economic efficiency of cultivating resource-saving varieties of new promising grain crops in comparison with traditional leguminous crops.

6. Cultivation of crops that are part of ensuring the country's food security, and harvesting abundant and high-protein products from them.

       Following the results of the webinar, questions were asked and discussed.
