About the project
Relevance
Food security of the republic is one of the strategic tasks faced by the Republic of Kazakhstan’s agro-industrial complex. The solution of which will improve the lives and health of the population and develop the domestic agricultural sector. The quality of the feed depends on the method of ensiling, which affects the cost of feeding, animal health and ultimately the quality of meat and milk. Succulent fodder is the main food ration, up to 65% of which is silage. Due to the imperfection of existing methods during the preparation and storage of silage, the loss of feed is 5 - 35%. Therefore, the insufficient nutritional value of the main feed and the difficulty of preserving it due to the lack of a technical base leads to a decrease in dairy cattle breeding profitability. The main idea of the project is to exclude losses during harvesting and storage of silage mass by creating a new prototype of mobile unit for preparing silage in vacuum containers.

Increasing the profitability of meat industry and dairy farming by increasing the efficiency of the technology for preparing and storage silage on a mobile unit using transportable vacuum containers
Expected and achieved results
Rational management of animal husbandry has a number of advantages that significantly affect the efficiency of farms: production and technological, economic, social, environmental. From the point of view of economic efficiency, an increase in the output of marketable products in physical and value terms is expected, an increase in labor productivity, gross income, profits, profitability of production. In terms of social efficiency, an increase of meat industry and dairy farming production will help mitigate seasonal fluctuations in the use of labor in animal husbandry.
