The project "Production of medical and preventive products from mare's milk" has scientific novelty and relevance in several aspects:
1. The project involves a unique combination of production based on mare's milk with the creation of the Horde tourist complex in the national style, which makes it possible not only to expand the audience of product consumers, but also to create an attractive tourist destination that stimulates the development of rural areas and attract investment to the region.
2. The project combines traditional methods of kumis production with modern technological developments. The addition of natural honey and extracts of medicinal herbs to create various types of kumis gives products not only new taste qualities, but also expands the range of useful properties, which makes it more attractive to a wide audience, including lovers of a healthy lifestyle and traditional medicine.
Also, the project solves several important problems related to the market and health:
- Variety of foods for a healthy diet: Mare's milk is known for its unique nutritional properties and high content of nutrients. The project creates an opportunity to diversify the diet of consumers by offering a wide range of fermented products based on this valuable raw material.
- Mare's milk products can be used as therapeutic and preventive agents to maintain health and combat various diseases.

Objective of the project
Creation of an innovative enterprise for the production of medical and preventive products from mare's milk and the organization of the ethnographic complex "Horde" with a unique national flavor, aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle and preserving cultural heritage.
Expected and achieved results
The project will result in the creation and development of the production of fermented medical products based on mare's milk and their successful introduction to the market; creating an ethnically distinctive complex offering high-quality healthy food based on local traditions and the latest scientific research.
Information for potential users
New types of dietary (therapeutic and preventive nutrition) products created on the basis of innovative technologies are intended for healthy nutrition of consumers.
The project is designed to create an assortment of mare's milk products to expand the segment of the healthy food market in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Considering that fermented milk dietary products are popular and consumed in large quantities in Kazakhstan, it is possible to actually and effectively prevent various types of diseases by producing products of improved quality and increased nutritional value, dietary medical and preventive prescription.
