I, Omarova Sholpan Zhaksylykovna, was born on November 20, 1981, in the village of Beriktas, Zhambyl District, Almaty Region. From 1987 to 1998, I attended and graduated from the secondary school in Beriktas.
In 1998, I enrolled at the Kazakh National Technical University, majoring in “Mining Surveying,” and on June 26, 2003, I received the qualification of “Mining Engineer-Surveyor” from the Kazakh National Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev.
From 2003 to 2007, I worked as an assistant at the Department of Land Management and Land Cadastre at the Kazakh National Agrarian University. During this period, I taught the following courses: “Geodesy,” “Engineering Geodesy,” and “Geodetic Works in Land Management and Cadastre.”
In 2007, I entered the master’s program at the Kazakh National Agrarian University, specializing in “Cadastre,” and in 2009, I was awarded the academic degree of Master in Cadastre.
From 2009 to 2010, I resumed work at the Department of Land Management as a Senior Lecturer.
In 2010, I enrolled in the PhD program at the Kazakh National Agrarian University in the specialty 6D090300 — “Land Management” and completed it in 2013.
In 2017, I defended my doctoral dissertation and was awarded the degree of PhD.
To date, I have published 2 articles in Scopus-indexed journals, 10 conference proceedings, 20 articles in scientific publications, and 5 methodological manuals.
Currently, I work as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Land Resources and Cadastre and hold a PhD degree.
