Gulssin Makenbayevna Nurgozhayeva, was born in 1973 in the village of Karatogan, Narynkol district, Almaty region. In 1990, I graduated from the Nurbaпа Omirzakov Secondary School. From 1991 to 1994, I studied at the Agricultural Technical College in Talgar, specializing in Plant Protection. From 1994 to 1999, I graduated with honors from the Kazakh National Agrarian University in Almaty. I then continued my studies in postgraduate (aspirantura) programs at the same university, completing them in 2003. In 2010, I successfully defended my dissertation and obtained the academic degree of Candidate of Veterinary Sciences. Since then, I have been working at the same institution, currently known as the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University, at the Department of Microbiology, Virology, and Immunology as a Candidate of Veterinary Sciences and Senior Lecturer. I teach the courses “Microbiology” and “Special Microbiology.” I am the author of the book “Infectious Diseases of Farm Animal Youngstock.” I have authored more than 60 scientific publications, both independently and in co-authorship, as well as methodological guidelines for the courses “Microbiology” and “Special Microbiology.”
