Zhanat Bimenova — graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, specializing in Veterinary Medicine, completing her undergraduate studies in 2008–2013 with honors (red diploma), and subsequently completed her master’s program in 2013–2015. During 2013–2015, she was a recipient of the Presidential Scholarship of the Republic of Kazakhstan for graduate students. From 2015 to 2018, she pursued doctoral studies in the same specialty and in 2019 defended her PhD in Veterinary Medicine.Throughout her scientific and pedagogical activities, Z.Z. Bimenova has gained extensive expertise in modern molecular genetic methods and has experience as a principal investigator in scientific projects funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She is proficient in the following techniques: DNA extraction from sperm using the Bahnak method, primer design using NCBI and Primer 3 software, horizontal electrophoresis and gel documentation system operation, PCR amplification, PCR-RFLP analysis, real-time point mutation diagnostics, sperm DNA fragmentation assessment, and determination of nuclear protein content in sperm.Within the framework of her project, she analyzes international literature on PCR diagnostics of fertile haplotypes affecting embryonic and early post-embryonic mortality in cows and insemination efficiency, as well as facilitates contractual agreements with breeding farms.
