Almas Safargaliev graduated from the Faculty of Agricultural Production Mechanization in 1999 Kazakh State Agrarian University. After graduating from the university, he entered full-time postgraduate studies at the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Repair Production. While in graduate school, he conducted training sessions in the disciplines of "Technology of structural materials", "Interchangeability, standardization and technical measurements".
Safargaliev A.E. has been working at the Department of Mechanical Engineering and Repair Production of the Kazakh National Agrarian University (KazNAU) since 2002 to 2009.
In 2007, he defended his PhD thesis on the topic: "Improvement of the operational and technical parameters of the front-mounted double–row plow", specialty 05.20.01 - Technologies and means of agricultural mechanization (decision of the joint Dissertation Council OD 53.09.03 on awarding the degree of Doctor and Candidate of Sciences at the RSE "Scientific and Production Center for Agricultural Mechanization" dated 26.01.2007). Since 2010, he has been an associate professor at the I.V. Sakharov Department of Machine Use.
