A PhD candidate in physics and mathematics, she is an associate professor with experience in academia and educational institution management. She is currently the Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Research at the Faculty of Engineering Technologies at the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University and the author of over 40 scientific articles and textbooks.
