Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Kazakh National Academy of Natural Sciences and the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He is an expert for independent international accreditation and rating agencies—IAAR and IQAA—and an expert for the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He also serves as an independent expert at the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University.
He has extensive experience as an expert in higher education. He has served on numerous external expert commissions for institutional and specialized accreditation and certification procedures for universities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, including:
Agrotechnical University named after S. Seifullin (Astana), Innovative University of Eurasia (Pavlodar), University named after Baishev (Aktobe),
West Kazakhstan Innovation and Technology University. He was the chairman of the external expert commission at the West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University named after Zhangir Khan (Uralsk).
For his contribution to the development of science, he was awarded the "For Contribution to the Development of Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan" badge (2005). He is a recipient of the state grant "Best University Teacher" (2010 and 2024).
He has supervised one candidate of science and six PhD students, and is currently a scientific advisor to three PhD students.
Systematically provides consulting and practical assistance to horse breeding farms in the southern regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He holds the title of Honorary Professor of the West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University named after Zhangir Khan and the Samarkand State University of Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry and Biotechnology.
He is an honorary citizen of the Kaztalovsky district of the West Kazakhstan region.
He has received numerous awards and letters of gratitude from the management of AZVI, KazSAU, KazNAU, KazNAIU and other higher education institutions.
