Dual Education Program: KazNAUZ Students at «Promsvyaz» Almaty Plant

As part of the educational programs of the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University – 6B07103 «Mechanical Engineering», 6B08703 «Digital Technologies in the Agro-Industrial Complex», 6B11201 «Environmental Protection and Life Safety» – under the supervision of Candidate of Technical Sciences, Darkhan Kabdykalikovich Karmanov, dual training is being conducted at the premises of «Promsvyaz» Almaty LLC.

«Promsvyaz» Almaty LLC is a high-tech enterprise producing equipment for building and upgrading communication networks, as well as products and structures made of metal and other materials.

Within the framework of dual training, students have the opportunity to work with advanced industrial equipment that is not widely available in Kazakhstan. In particular: industrial FHZL 3D printer, Bodor laser cutting machine, KUKA robotic complexes, KUKA (ready2_educate) training cell, KUKA SCARA robot, KUKA (Blue) small robot, and Agibot humanoid robot. Students gain hands-on experience in automating production processes, digitalization, and quality control systems, while continuing to develop their competencies. This represents a unique professional opportunity for future specialists.

On October 28, 2025, the plant was visited by the Head of the Department of «Agricultural Machinery and Mechanical Engineering» A.K. Niyazbayev, department engineer D.N. Sarsenov, and the leading specialist of the Practice and Employment Department B.D. Adilkhan to discuss improving dual training, enhancing students’ practical experience, and expanding joint projects.
