KazNARU Hosts Guest Lecture on “FINANCIAL SECURITY IN THE DIGITAL SPACE”
✅ On December 4, 2025, the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University held a guest lecture for students of the Faculty of Engineering Technologies on an important and highly relevant topic. The event was organized by the Department of “Energy and Electrical Engineering.” The lecture, titled “Financial Security in the Digital Space,” aimed to explain how to protect oneself from widespread online threats and fraudulent schemes prevalent in today’s digital era.
✅ The lecture was delivered by Tole Ilyasov, Chief Manager of the Support Department of the FCCC at Alatau City Bank, who provided participants with comprehensive information about modern financial threats, types of cyber fraud, and methods of prevention.
✅ The speaker's presentation covered several key points:

Fake investment projects and fraudulent job offers;

Dropper-related activities and their legal consequences;

Methods for identifying scam calls and fraudulent messages.
✅ During the lecture, students:

Learned who a “dropper” is and why such activity is dangerous;

Studied ways to protect personal data and identify suspicious links;

Explored effective protection strategies through real-life cases and examples.
✅ The event generated strong interest among students, providing an opportunity for discussion and questions. In conclusion, participants were reminded that financial security is an essential component of every citizen’s digital literacy, and it was noted that similar informational sessions will continue to be held in the future.
