Celebratory Event Dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On December 12 at 1:00 p.m., a festive event dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan — “The Light of Independence in the Hearts of Generations” — was held in the lecture hall of Building 6. The event was organized by lecturers of the Department of General Education Disciplines, Zhanyl Adilshinovna Bainaimanova and Gulzhan Alimbaevna Berdysheva, together with first-year students of our university.

The program included historical, creative, and interactive segments. The event opened with the performance of the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, followed by welcoming speeches from the hosts and invited guests. A congratulatory address was delivered by Candidate of Political Sciences, Associate Professor Botagoz Tulegenovna Kuppaeva, who emphasized the importance of unity, peace, and the vital role of youth in building the future of an independent Kazakhstan.

Senior lecturers of the “Russian Language” discipline section — Aigul Bakhytzhanovna Toigulieva and Cholpon Sabyrovna Abdyldaeva — also addressed the audience with warm congratulations. In their speeches, they highlighted the significance of Independence as a symbol of freedom and national unity and encouraged students to be active citizens and contribute to the development of the country.

During the event, students recited patriotic poems, performed the songs “Zheltoksan Zheli” and “Kok Tudyn Zhelbirgeni”, presented a theatrical performance titled “From the Kazakh Khanate to Independence”, and showcased dance performances. The quiz “I Am Proud of My Country!” attracted great interest and active participation from the audience.

The event concluded with a flash mob and words of gratitude to the participants and guests. Such events foster patriotism, respect for the nation’s history and traditions, and strengthen a sense of unity and pride in the Motherland.
