Meeting between EFES Kazakhstan Representatives and the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Zoo engineering
As part of strengthening cooperation between business and educational institutions, representatives of EFES Kazakhstan met with the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Zootechnics on March 3, 2026.
The main focus of the meeting was on enhancing students’ professional training, organizing internships, and integrating modern practices into the educational process. Special attention was given to a joint project on using brewer’s yeast as a feed additive for animals, an innovative initiative combining agri-industrial technologies with veterinary science. The parties discussed the scientific and practical aspects of the project, opportunities for collaborative research, and ways to incorporate the results into educational programs.
The Deputy Dean emphasized the importance of partnerships with leading industry companies, noting that student involvement in such projects helps develop practical skills and professional competencies. Representatives of EFES Kazakhstan expressed their readiness to support educational initiatives, including providing internships, participating in joint research, and offering advisory support for the feed additive project.
Both parties agreed to continue the dialogue and plan concrete collaborative activities in the coming months, aimed at integrating theoretical knowledge with practical skills and fostering innovative solutions in the veterinary and zoo engineering fields.
