What is an MBA degree?
MBA/EMBA programme ("7M04125 - Business Administration") is the flagship programme of KazNARU for training of managerial staff with modern knowledge and skills in the field of business and agro-entrepreneurship, capable of managing processes and human assets, forming the strategy of companies in the agro-industrial complex (AIC), able to define strategic and operational objectives and achieve them using scientific tools. The MBA/EMBA programme is focused on professional training and retraining of specialists of all levels, including top managers, taking into account the specifics of the target audience and work in the agricultural sector, food processing and trade in agro-industrial complex products. The philosophy of the MBA/EMBA programme at KazNARU is focused on cooperation with leading partners in the country and abroad for the implementation of international standards in the field of management training, for the development of the economy with a focus on training for work in agriculture and taking into account the international experience of MBA/EMBA programmes. The programme is focused on the implementation of the "Golden Triangle of Business Education", designed to create a new type of manager, capable of solving complex problems and challenges of the 21st century, with deep knowledge, a new way of thinking and networking. Firstly, it is a deep and versatile knowledge in the field of modern business processes, the theory of strategy formation for effective business development. Secondly, it is the formation of a new way of thinking with a priority on the formation and personal development of entrepreneurs capable of generating innovative ideas and non-standard solutions, possessing the tools of effective communication, business and economic thinking. GAO ZENGREN: Time flies, and it has been almost 8 months since I started studying at the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University. During this time, I completed all the assignments that the school gave me. Looking back on these 8 months of study, I can say that I have gone through many events and learned a lot.
