About the project
Relevance
An innovative method of drying apricot fruit has significant potential to improve the industrial processing process. The relevance of this project is confirmed not only by the increased demand for natural and healthy products, but also by the need to develop effective technologies for preserving the beneficial properties of raw materials. Apricot fruits are rich in vitamins and antioxidants, which makes them a valuable raw material for the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries
Target
The goal of the project is to develop and implement an innovative method of drying apricot fruits in order to preserve their biologically active substances and aroma, which will improve the quality of the final product and expand the range of possible uses of dried apricot fruits
Expected and achieved results
Expected results include the creation of a drying technology that ensures the preservation of biologically active substances and minimizes losses in the quality of raw materials. In addition, the dried fruit market is expected to expand due to the offering of improved quality products.
List of publications (with links to them) and patents
For the 2nd year of the project, 1 article in the Scopus database and 1 patent for a utility model are planned
