She is a specialist in milk and dairy product technology. Her research focuses on the development and implementation of probiotic strains isolated from traditional fermented products with functional and immunomodulatory properties.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology (M. Auezov South Kazakhstan State University, Kazakhstan), a Master’s degree in Food Science (Food Engineering, Ankara University, Turkey), and a PhD in Veterinary Medicine (KazNAU, Kazakhstan). Her total scientific and pedagogical experience is 19 years.
Under her supervision, 8 bachelor’s theses and 3 master’s theses on the development of new dairy product technologies have been successfully defended.
Research interests:
Food microbiology, fermentation biotechnology, development of functional foods, food quality and safety control, and creation of innovative milk processing technologies using probiotics, biologically active components, and natural ingredients.
