Aisaule K., born in 1976, is Kazakh. In 2000, she graduated from D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University with a degree in specialty 300440 – «Traffic Management».
From 2000 to 2002, she worked as an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Traffic Management and Road Transport of D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University. Between 2003 and 2004, she served as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Highways and Traffic Management of Kazakh Automobile and Road University.
In 2025, she completed her Master’s degree studies at International Transport and Humanities University under the educational program 7M11301 – «Organization of Transportation, Traffic and Transport Operations,» upon completion of which she was awarded the academic degree of Master of Science in Transportation Organization, Traffic and Transport Operations.
Since 2004, she has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the I.V. Sakharov Department of Transport Engineering and Technologies of Kazakh National Agrarian Research University.
In 2025, A. Kuntugankyzy participated as a research team member in a scientific project implemented under program-targeted funding on the topic: «BR24993222 – Development of a Decision Support System for the Environmental and Economic Planning of the North Kazakhstan Region in the Context of Sustainable Development».
A. Kuntugankyzy is an experienced mentor and trainer in national and international projects aimed at developing the professional, leadership, and entrepreneurial competencies of young people. She participated as a mentor-trainer in the national project «Zhas Project», the international UNICEF program «SAMGAU», as well as in projects supported by USAID focused on the development
of students’ life skills, career guidance, and the enhancement of youth personal potential.
In addition, A. Kuntugankyzy serves as the Campus Director of the international startup initiative Hult Prize at Kazakh National Agrarian Research University, aimed at addressing social challenges through innovative student business ideas.
She is one of the developers of the educational programs 6B11301 – «Organization of Transportation, Traffic and Transport Operations» and 7M11301 – «Organization of Transportation, Traffic and Transport Operations». She actively contributes to the development of innovative educational programs in the fields of transportation organization and logistics, student research activities, and the training of highly qualified specialists in transportation management, road safety, and logistics.
A. Kuntugankyzy actively participates in the social and academic life of the department. She is also the author of more than 10 scientific and methodological publications, including one article indexed in the Scopus database.
