Smanov Ashirali Jusipovich graduated from the Kazakh National Agrarian University with a specialization in Agronomy during 2007–2011, where he acquired profound theoretical and practical knowledge in crop production and agricultural sciences. In 2011–2013, he completed his Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences specializing in Agronomy. Later, in 2017–2020, he pursued doctoral studies under the educational program “8D080100 – Agronomy” and successfully defended his PhD dissertation entitled “Improvement of Water-Saving Technologies for Efficient Use of Irrigated Lands under the Conditions of Southeastern Kazakhstan.”

Dr. PhD Ashirali Smanov has participated as a researcher and performer in several important national scientific projects aimed at improving sustainable agricultural systems and increasing the efficiency of irrigated lands in Kazakhstan.
