From 2008 to 2011, she worked as a Lecturer at the Department of Philosophy, Political Science and History of Kazakhstan at S.D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University.
In 2011-2012, she served as Chief Specialist of the Department of Innovative Educational Technologies at Astana Medical University JSC.
From 2012 to 2024, she held the position of Senior Lecturer at the Department of Philosophy at S. Seifullin Kazakh Agro Technical University.
In 2013-2014, under the Bolashak International Scholarship Program, she completed a one-year academic internship at the University of East Anglia (United Kingdom).
From 2017 to 2020, she pursued doctoral studies at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in the specialty “6D050100 – Sociology.” In December 2025, she was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
Currently, she serves as Senior Lecturer at the Kazakh National Agrarian Research University.
