Curatorial Session “Tәуелсіздік елім – менің!” Held in Honor of Independence Day

Senior lecturers of the “IT Technologies” Department, S.A. Medetbayeva and R.B. Nurzhaubayeva, together with students of the “Information Systems” program from groups 25-04 and 25-05, held a thematic curatorial session dedicated to the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, titled “Tәуелсіздік елім – менің!” (My Independent Homeland!).

The main purpose of the event was to foster national spirit, strengthen historical awareness, cultivate civic consciousness, and emphasize the value of independence. During the session, students discussed the importance of national values and state symbols, as well as the historical significance of the December events, which played a crucial role in the country’s path to independence.

The curatorial class featured thematic video materials and presentations, after which students shared their thoughts and perspectives. Additionally, participants presented creative poetic works, adding cultural and emotional depth to the event.

This session contributed to enhancing students’ respect for the nation’s history and promoting an active civic stance among the youth.
