FOODEXPO QAZAQSTAN 2025 - The 27TH CENTRAL ASIAN INTERNATIONAL FOOD INDUSTRY EXHIBITION
FOODEXPO QAZAQSTAN 2025 - The 27TH CENTRAL ASIAN INTERNATIONAL FOOD INDUSTRY EXHIBITION was held in Almaty on November 12-14.
The international Food Expo exhibition brought together food industry manufacturers and experts from different countries.
FoodExpo Qazaqstan is a large–scale exhibition featuring the best products of the Kazakh food and beverage market. The event has become the main meeting place for industry representatives, hosting thousands of visitors from Kazakhstan and other regions of Central Asia.
One of the key events was the Food Safety Dialogue panel session on the topic:
"Food safety system as the key to export: standards, certification and hygienic design".
Speakers: Dauren Dumanov – Director of the Almaty branch of the National Center for Expertise and Certification JSC - Food safety in Kazakhstan, legislative changes and problem areas of enterprises.
Almas Kalkaev is a representative of KazakhExport JSC - Export, international standards and real cases of successful entry into foreign markets.
Alexander Podkolzin – RHEINSET Central Asia - Hygienic design, HACCP requirements and the impact of proper design on quality and export potential.
- Key issues of the dialogue:
• How to build an effective food safety system that will enhance exports?
• Which standards are most in demand in international markets?
• Why is hygienic design a strategic requirement today? The dialogue showed that the development of a food safety culture is the key to Kazakhstan's global competitiveness.
The exhibition participants: Manufacturers from Kazakhstan, Turkey, China, South Korea, Germany, Russia, Uzbekistan and other countries presented food, beverages, equipment and modern technologies.
