THE CONSTITUTION — A GUARANTEE OF STABILITY AND DEVELOPMENT
At the Faculty of Water Resources and IT Technologies, a lecture titled "The New Constitution as a Foundation for National Renewal and Development" was held as part of activities aimed at explaining the New Constitution to students.

The lecture was delivered by Senior Lecturer of the Department of General Education Disciplines N.B. Tauyekelova. The event aimed to enhance students’ legal literacy and deepen their understanding of the role and significance of the Constitution in society.
During the lecture, the key provisions of the draft New Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, submitted to the nationwide referendum on March 15, 2026, were thoroughly discussed. Its socio-political implications and importance for the country’s future development were also analyzed.
Students actively participated in the discussion, sharing their views and asking questions. All questions were comprehensively addressed, creating a productive platform for meaningful dialogue.
The lecture contributed to shaping students’ civic awareness, improving their legal culture, and strengthening their sense of responsibility for the future of the country.
