Round table with employers to discuss and optimize educational programs

02/09/2024 The Department of Forest Resources, Game Management and Fisheries held a joint round table with employers to discuss and optimize educational programs. The purpose of the round table: discussion of training programs and the formation of an appropriate system of education and training based on the requirements for specialists.

During the meeting led by the head of the department F. Toktasynova and Associate Professors of the department Baybatshanov M.K., Zhilkibaeva E.S. educational programs were presented: 6В08302, 7М08302, 8В08302 - “Forest resources and forestry”, 6В08301, 7М08301, 8В08301 - “Game Management and fur farming” and 6В08303 - “Fundamentals of woodworking and forestry”, 61:108304 – “Landscape design and greening ".

Present employers, Head of the Department of Ecology and Environment of Almaty Adilbaev S.B., Director of the KSU State Regional Natural Park "Medeu" Nurabilov T.A., Head of the Republican State Enterprise "Republican Forest Breeding and Selection Center" Satimbaev B.Z., Head RSE "Kazakh Forest Management Enterprise" Baimukhambetov S.S., Head of the Department of scientific research work and mountain agrobiological diversity of the Ile-Alatau State Natural Park  S.A. Userbaeva, employee of the RSE PA "Okhotzooprom" Akoev M.T., Director of "Stamp service" LLP Shuakov B.S., having fully familiarized himself with the content of the educational program and noting that all employees of this institution were educated at KAZNARU, work closely with the department of “Forest Resources, Game Management and Fisheries,” thanked the heads of the university.

In addition, when admitting students to professional practice, everyone noted that the time of practice should be approved in accordance with the time of activities carried out in forestry.

The disciplines of the educational program for the 2024-2026 academic years have been revised, taking into account the proposals of employers.
