The event consisted of several engaging rounds: the teams acted as consulting companies implementing IMS in the food industry. Each team prepared and defended their IMS guidelines for the assigned production process, solved tasks on identifying process approaches (“Find the Solution”), and discussed the principles of continuous improvement using the Ishikawa diagram.Additionally, participants proposed risk management strategies based on SWOT analysis and demonstrated their decision-making abilities in the “Fact/Not a Fact” competition. A round focused on identifying leadership qualities generated particular interest, providing an opportunity to uncover the potential of future leaders.Students discussed quality standards and modern methods of ensuring product safety. The teams showcased their knowledge, analytical skills, and creative thinking.

ㅤㅤSuch events contribute to the development of professional competencies among young people, provide practical knowledge, and offer opportunities to become leaders in their field. The contest participants demonstrated a high level of preparedness and a strong commitment to producing high-quality and safe products in the future.
