Development of technology for the production of functional starter cultures based on probiotic microorganisms with immunomodulatory properties

     On September 23, 2025, an online webinar was held on the topic: "Development of technology for the production of functional starter cultures based on probiotic microorganisms with immunomodulatory properties" (Processing of crop and livestock products).

Boranbayeva Togzhan Kenzhetaevna acted as the expert of the webinar.

The topic of the lecture reveals the following questions:

1. Get a high-quality and functional product suitable for entering the market.
