The Student Service Center is a single platform that provides university students with all types of services related to the educational process, social and administrative issues in one place. The work of the Center is aimed at prompt and high-quality response to the needs of students, increasing the service culture at the university to a new level.

GOAL:
The main goal of the Student Service Center is to strengthen the interaction between the university and the student by providing students with services related to the educational and learning process in an effective, open and accessible format.
DEPARTMENT FUNCTIONS:
* Accepting applications from students on a one-stop-shop basis and promptly resolving issues related to the educational process (admission, reinstatement, academic leave, transfer, and other procedures).
* Advising and information support for students in the areas of education, finance, housing and social support.
* Optimize interaction with internal departments of the university and improve the quality of services provided to students.
* Developing transparency, fairness, and a customer-oriented culture in the service delivery process.
* Strengthening the university's reputation and strengthening students' trust in the institution by increasing student satisfaction.
* Save time by providing digital services and enabling students to apply online from anywhere.

* Issuance of applications and certificates on academic issues;
