THE QUALITY PATH AT MAXI TEA PRODUCTION: AN EDUCATIONAL TOUR FOR STUDENTS
✅Today, students of the educational programs 6B07501 – “Standardization and Certification” and 6B07210 – “Food Safety” of the Department of “Food Technology and Safety” visited the Galanz Bottlers – Maxi Tea production facility as part of an excursion.
✅Foreign students from Turkmenistan also took part in the tour. They showed great interest in the full technological production cycle and observed firsthand how quality and safety standards are implemented in practice.
✅Galanz Bottlers is one of the leading beverage manufacturers in Kazakhstan. The company is equipped with modern European technologies and operates in accordance with international quality standards. One of its popular products is the Maxi Tea brand. The production lines manufacture chilled teas based on natural ingredients, various non-alcoholic beverages, and functional products.
✅The company’s main goal is to provide consumers with high-quality, safe, and environmentally compliant products.
✅Students learned in detail about the modern technology of tea beverage production:
• preparation of natural tea extracts;
• multistage water filtration;
• precise ingredient dosing and automated mixing;
• ensuring product safety through pasteurization;
• bottle blowing, filling, and hermetic sealing;
• labeling, packaging, and transferring finished products to the warehouse.
✅Students were also introduced to sanitary and hygiene requirements, the CIP system for cleaning and disinfecting equipment, staff hygiene standards, and the product analysis process in the company’s internal quality laboratory.
✅The excursion was attended by lecturers Ismatullaev S.L., Iskakova Zh.A., Tazhen K.P., production training master Dadashova R.T., and leading specialist of the practice and employment department Adilkhan B.D.
✅They helped students gain a comprehensive understanding of the production technology and demonstrated key requirements of safety and quality standards.
✅Such activities allow students to combine theoretical knowledge with real industrial experience and help form a professional outlook for their future careers.
